SZS series gas-fired (oil-fired) steam boiler

The fuel of the SZS series gas-fired (oil-fired) steam boiler enters the incinerator from the external gas source and undergoes active conditioning and active incineration kinetic energy to generate a high temperature flame. The front end of the furnace enters the burnout chamber and enters the upper part of the burnout chamber. The convection heating surface, in particular, the environmentally friendly boiler enters the second convection heating surface through the upper portion of the front smoke box body and is separated from the rear of the rear smoke box to the atmosphere and discharged into the atmosphere. If the smoke is improper due to the adjustment of the wind, it is not necessary to leave the front and back of the smoke box, burn out the room, and open the inspection door to complete the sorting. The working fluid is heated and the full steam is output from the main steam valve to the operating system.

The main component of natural gas is methane (CH4). When one volume of methane is burned, it produces 2 volumes of water vapor and 1 volume of carbon dioxide gas (CO2), and releases 39,842 KJ/m3 of heat. The condensation heat of two volumes of water vapor can reach 10% of its total calorific value, so the low calorific value of natural gas is 10% lower than the high calorific value. The low calorific value of natural gas is 35500-41900KJ/m3.

SZS series gas-fired (oil-fired) steam boiler exhaust heat loss accounts for 68-78% of the total heat loss of the boiler, and as the boiler capacity increases, the share of exhaust heat loss increases to a certain extent. The heat loss of exhaust gas is directly related to the exhaust gas temperature, and it is concluded that the thermal efficiency of the gas boiler depends largely on the temperature of the exhaust gas.
